MESSAGE TO MY BROTHERS – “HOW TO HARNESS THE ANGER”. WE ARE IN A BONDAGE OF RAGE – “THE UNCOVERING OF THE CORE OF THE BLACK MALE ANGER”

anger lead
THE ANSWER TO WHY WE, AS AFRICAN AMERICAN MALES, ARE BONDED TO ANGER

I know that I usually post pertaining to the women or children of our diverse black race. They deserve the light, but men are most often looked over. I Love you my brother! A couple years ago if you weren’t my “day one” (close friend), I couldn’t greet you like that or show love to another black man. I grew in the 90’s when your manhood was measured by how far you distanced yourself from any “homo association.” There was no showing of emotion and you could never let’em see you fold. All men of every race has bravado. It’s the testosterone in man. All these steroids you hear about is the medical attempt to recreate testosterone. Yet it seems any soul born into minority poverty has evolved to have another level and obligation to bravado that translates to rage/anger in the many urban and suburban mind set of the youth and Millennials. This is a mind set I used to adopt. I used to live by 10 Codes that was developed to survive a tribulation. “All born life shall go through trials and tribulations. Its the test of man/woman.” I swore by these codes and as I write this, the words look stupid and I’m ashamed of the deeds I’ve done. One of my codes and the mind set of today was/is “Death B4 Disrespect”. If you didn’t back down from me, I was ready to “…!” This is the level of anger you walk and live with daily. Oh but its understood the adults and good folks of bad neighborhoods yield the night and neighborhood to real gangsters. This mind set prevails over small blocks in rural areas or over entire cites like Chicago. Where does anger/rage come from? I will go deep so you hear me! Toady young teens are in the mind set that to spill blood is accepted. “Over kill” is expected. They are ready to shed blood.

anger 3
THE MAIN TARGET OF WORLDWIDE WHITES AND BORN AMERICAN CULTURE. THE MAIN TARGET OF OURSELVES!!
“CORNER ANY MAMMAL AND IT WILL BUILD THE RAGE TO DEFEND”

The new word or description of a stand-up man in the ghettos/suburbs is “savage” in every sense of the word. It was made famous by the “Savage Life” that Bobby Shmurda, of the ruthless criminals and part time rap group GS9, lived. This is the Drill music generation (Millennials) and they have brought forth a new light the era of the street gangsters. City streets are overrun with teenage killers. Some of today’s artists and entertainers live the lyrics and new acceptance. GS9 all rest in prison on various charges. Bobby even took 7 years to maintain this new mind set of over 21 murder charges. Every member of GS9 has been convicted. Today is a w wave of “live that which you talk about.” Where does this rage come from? You know the usual suspects are “gula” (money), a history of racism/discrimination and of course, personal turmoil. It’s a shock to me when people are overwhelmed by tragedy. “Every human life has to overcome trials & tribulations. That’s a test of man/woman.” Many and I almost said “most” young males that are black, Latino or Native American are caring less about peace and unity even about their racial traditions/culture. They ignore or unaware of the pride they could instill. Malcolm X and Ernesto “Che” Guevara don’t inspire these young minds like our generation. It’s becoming even less about God or religion. They don’t even talk about the government and uplifting communities which is the duty of us all. Naw, you will get laughed at or slapped for “preachin”. Elders be damned, these kids walk around armed with the new street weapon of today, the AR-15. These are assault rifles and they’re becoming the norm of street violence like a small guerrilla warfare happens. Southern cities like Little Rock, Arkansas to Metropolitan cities like Brooklyn, New York are war zones. I didn’t think the “warriors” would come out to play with today’s gangs.

anger 4
COULD POSSIBLY THE MOST FEARED “SAVAGE” IN AMERICAN HISTORY MEET THE REAL 50 CENT (The only known picture of Kelvin Martin. “That, in it self, is a shame!

Where Does It Come From….? First, its the mind set of today. Centuries of built up frustration have made a street term “show up and show out” the motto that many live by. The meaning is “come to fight and get your money”. Show out and go all out! Young black males live the Jet Life (lavish lifestyle) or Savage Life (blood thirsty overkill). They have lyrics like “Left him with 30” (shot him with 30 bullets). Jail no longer holds fear to this mind set and they know it will be 20 to life charges. They call it “Taking Fed Chances” and it’s accepted as part of the life. Do you know the negative energy you must feed a mind set like that? It’s being fed by Drill music and Molly or any drug that makes you feel good while killing. The reinforcement of this is the abundance of money this image and lifestyle brings. America feeds off its young.

anger 1
IF YOU’RE AN AMERICAN, ANGER AND RAGE IS A PART OF YOUR TRADITIONS!

The core of the black males’ anger in America is deeper than the surface reasons you’re used to hearing.

anger2.1
THE CORE OF BLACK MALE RAGE, THE TRUE REASON! MESSAGE TO MY AFRICAN AMERICAN BROTHERS, “YOU ARE SONS OF KINGS SO LISTEN UP!

It has been a slow erosion over 25 generations. You do the math. It’s a breakdown of the symbol of man and the African male. We are the first man of God and the father of the human race. There is the true hate. You are from the soul prints of the first civilizations of the world. “We did that!” The outside world viewed us while the world used the African trade route (Egypt and others) and grew sick of our status even though we were fair and not concerned in world takeovers and war for other lands (except the Moors of Africa). A European white male planned to take the riches of Africa (natural resources) and paint Africa as an uncivilized culture. For the black man, this was a life long plan to strip him of his birth right. They broke the entire nation of the Native Americans, pushed out and barred the Mexican/Latino race. They stripped the black race of our language, culture, names and even the memory of our historic past. Each generation, we grew stronger with a burning that we were meant for more. That’s the fuel that burns in African American males. More than that is the shame of the African American male that has been building for centuries as we watched our women get raped and watched our children be sold off before our eyes. We could not protect our women/children nor match the “rage of white men” in this strange land. Oh, but we learned rage/anger too. Our blood was shed for sport or pleasure. They mutilated our bodies (white men back then had a strange obsession with our genitals). We were hung and left in view of women and children to show our lack of power. It was meant to embarrass us on an entire American race level. This is the core of rage and anger in the black man. This is the symbol of man to the world, “STILL.”

anger 5
NO MONEY, CODE OR LOYALTY TO THE GANG IS WORTH SEEING YOUR SEEDS IN THIS WAY AND THAT’S IF YOU’RE A LUCKY CONVICT!”

….I Love you my brother even though I know you not. We are of each other and I know the core of your anger. It’s emotion suppression that leads us to let anger supercede our intelligence and our true lineage. Control of one’s self is the true measure of man. That brings peace and truth in the saying “One can’t have peace if you don’t have it with in”. Find your peace. That’s my meaning when I say peace brother!

ISSUES THAT STILL PLAGUE THE 21st CENTURY MILLENNIAL AFRICAN AMERICAN – PART 2, SOLUTIONS

part 2 lead
THE LEADERS OF NOW, STILL FACE THE CONCERNS OF YESTERYEAR!

page lead lead
BLACKAWARENESSFOUNDATION.COM IS CEMENTED TO SOLUTIONS NOT JUST THE TALK

Good Wednesday to you and yours. If you’re a regular to our website then you were with us Monday for part one. If not you should get involved with us as we’re called the #SiteWithInsight and we’re moving fast into the fabric of African American life. We’re doing things other websites are not. BlackAwarenessFoundation.com is cemented in the solutions above the issues and everyday problems we face. We focused on three topics on Monday’s post which are Systemic Racism, Police Brutality and Single Parent Households. In the near future we will focus on other issues and meet the crippling affect it has had on African Americans. The Millennials deserve for us to make things better than they had. Can we solve “any” of these with a few paragraphs? Men and women that are much smarter than me have written and spoken on these issues and had better plans for actions against them. But still, here we are! Know that a long existing problem can’t be met with just words, but with motivation and actions. To pass down the richness of our experience, the older generations need a road map for “betterment”. That’s the freedom we seek and it’s away from the American norm of injustice and the power of money. So as I said in Monday’s post, let’s go…

Tough topics yes, no doubt, but we must address the issues that “dog” us as a race that’s outnumbered in the land of plenty. Not in one post can we stamp out 600 years of discrimination. We have to keep it in the light because hate grows in silence. As Desmond Tutu, the Nobel Peace Prize Winner, said “If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.”

page 2
YOUNG TALENTED MILLENNIALS

Systemic Racism: This has been a plague since the beginning stages of the American Civil War. It was “the black problem”. When white abolitionists came along and threatened the power of racist money and slavery, so came along Systemic Racism, even before it had a name. What is Systemic Racism? When one group (whites) occupy most positions of decision making power and use that power to oppress a group (race) in the foundation of institutions like schools, the justice system, careers, law enforcement and government. Systemic Racism stems from the Constitution of America that originally “read” that “black people are the property of whites in America.” The break down of that lead entitled felt whites to birth a system of hate to “Make America White (great) Again.” Please remember the United States was built by whites with violence.

part 2 1
IN THE FACE OF SYSTEMIC RACISM: MILLENNIALS RISE UP AND STILL SHINE!

Fight Black “I mean back”…

1.) Educate your children and family on the history we had to endure for 500 years to arrive to the Millennial generation. Mainly through the education system (young minds), America is slowly eroding the horrors of slavery by calling it forced service!!!

2.) Become owners of homes, businesses, cars, and land in our communities. Once you’re an owner, you get treated differently and you’re almost impossible to oppress.

3.) Get involved in the institutions that are the foundation of “your” Nation. Get to the ground floor of the decision making process.

part 2 5
THEY WORK FOR AND ARE PAID BY OUR TAX DOLLARS SO “ACT LIKE IT”

Police Brutality: This is a carry over from those whom felt that power belongs to whites! Slave owners hired over-see’ers to watch the slaves and land. Today Over-See’ers are Officers! Do you see it?

1.) Real Talk, this falls back on us… Re-shape the urban mind set that crime pays and fast money is the way to live. You can’t get everything now now now! Stop praising the crime bosses in the hood. America values the criminal “infamous”, yet it entertains them and jails and kills us!

2.) With peaceful pressure, “demand” how it used to be. If you patrol an area, you must live in the area. Watch how quickly things would change!

3.) It might sound crazy to ya’ll, but apply for more positions in police departments so we can patrol our own or at least get more brothers and sisters in our communities.

part 2 5
A REAL FACT

Single Parent Households: Wow, this is a problem for all races and the wave of fatherless households grows. Due to many elements, black men targeting (profiling), prison and early death have contributed to the demise of the black family. Real talk, as African Americans, the family has always been interrupted. There is an old rule that whites must conquer and divide. Let us not forget the immaturity black males have had.

1.) Teach your girls early of the burden of young motherhood and that sex is a gift, not a tool. We must change the attitude of our youth about sex and drill into them the power of life creation.

2.) Teenage parenthood is a painful journey for a teen, no matter how mature or well grounded you are. You’re still not ready for motherhood, especially alone. Talk to your sons and demand that they share the duties of parent hood. Lately, I see this is changing for the better.

3.) Have respect for the act of sex by showing in yourselves, as adults, the “good example”. There is no perfect way of mother/fatherhood.

HOW TO TRACE AND FIND YOUR AFRICAN ROOTS: OUR SERIES “RE-CONSTRUCTION OF THE BLACK FAMILY.”

ancestry lead lead
GOING TO THE SOURCE TO BRING PRIDE TO ITS FULLEST

Peace. May you see the beauty around you…Even past the ugliness.

So many other races relied on their lineage and last name for their wealth, fame and status in the world. There is a historical account of their family tree. Kings and Queens have risen in nations just because they could trace their lineage further back than anyone else. This huge advantage is lost on African Americans. Our “American” history started (mainly) with the first wave of African slaves to America. The first twenty slaves walked off a slave ship that landed in Jamestown, Virginia in 1619. Over a hundred thousand slave ships docked in America after that. As Americans, our history is only apart of who we are. What if you are a “direct” descendant of a King or a Queen? What if your African family are rich land owners? Wouldn’t you want to know the true soil of your families first seeds of lineage? Sh.. we don’t even know our true last names as African Americans! So you may ask how can we trace our roots past the shores of America? Fact is there are advances of technology, gene mapping and DNA, especially the new discoveries in y-dna (male map) and a better understanding of the mitchondorial gene (female marker). This has given way to reconnect to our African roots. This science is not new (last 50 years), but its a boom in using it as a business like so many ancestry companies are doing now. To trace African Americans is a little more difficult and you guessed it more costly. But I say….

“GENERATIONS OF YOUR FAMILY LINEAGE MATTERS!”

ancestry 1

The first step to find your African roots is to dig deep into your slave history and past. I must tell you, last names for African Americans can either work for you or heavily against you. Mainly it’s the spelling as many whites changed the spelling of their family name to distance themselves from their slave owning past. Tracking the slave history of your last name is the first step.

ancestry 2
OVER 98% OF ALL AFRICAN AMERICANS ROOTS HAVE A SLAVE LINEAGE. JUST A SAD FACT.

Genealogists use the term “The Slave Wall” which is the huge task of tracking an African American’s roots past America. Virtually all African Americans have enslaved ancestors and 98 percent of us come from slaves. It’s a sad fact, but fact nonetheless. So understand that in your quest to map your family tree. Your “American” roots either start or end with the 1870 census. Before then, we were considered “property” and our names were not recorded in America’s census, a federal act to track Americans. Past 1870, laws changed and our names began to appear on the Federal census and over the next five years, 388,000 Africans were registered. As I said, it’s difficult to track our lineage and although you may be able to do this yourself, the best bet is to contact an Ancestry Company (Top Three are at the end of this post). Please note that everyone’s ancestry tree doubles each generation such as 4 grandparents – 8 grandparents – 16 grandparents and so on and so on. This makes tracking complicated. A big factor also depends on the record keeping of your slave owning family. Some slave owners (F… the word master) even kept records of their slaves African birthplace.

ancestry 3
BE THE FIRST IN YOUR FAMILY TO MAP YOUR FAMILY’S HERITAGE…LEAVE THAT LEGACY!!!

DNA MAPPING TO FIND YOUR TRUE ESSENCE: Geno mapping is big business now as it moves to the general public. We now have a scientific lane to discover our lost past. Please remember that before 1808, slave trade was legal and slave ships had to record cargo (human slaves) and were they came from. Using this, we know the majority of American slaves hail from West Africa. The DNA test is as easy as a swab of the mouth. DNA evidence tells you two important things 1.) Your “ethnicity estimate” also known as “admixture”. That tells where the majority of your ethnicity comes from such as Africa, Europe, Asia etc. 2.) Your y-DNA traces which is your F
father’s paternal line and the mitchondrial gene which tells the most important factors of your lineage and shows your mother’s paternal lines.

A POWERFUL PICTURE!!!!

ancestry 5
AS AN AFRICAN MALE, NOW AFRICAN AMERICAN, YOUR BLOODLINES RUNS WITH KINGS, THINKERS AND WARRIORS AND THE FACT YOU ARE THE FATHER OF HUMAN LIFE ITSELF…NEVER FORGET THAT REAL FACT BROTHERS!!!

So the DNA test, in its first revelation, might break it down like this: Cameroon/Congo – 17 percent, Benin/Togo – 13 percent, European – 9 percent and so on and so on till it maps out 100 percent. The highest percentage is were you were born. Don’t get frustrated if you have a high content of European blood. Anything over 30 percent is considered high. You have no control of what the black women in your bloodlines had to do to keep your family alive. So good hunting to know your past and pass on pride. Learn about the African ties you have and about the region you originally came from. With new scientific advances of today, we can finally enjoy our rich past as well. These are the top three ancestry companies geared towards African Americans.

NEW AGE EDUCATIONAL WARRIOR: NAOMI BRADLEY CREATES LITERACY BOOKS THAT REFLECTS AFRICAN AMERICAN CHILDREN #POSITIVEPOST AND A SUMMARY OF THE NBA DRAFT 2017

nb lead
TEACHERS ARE THE MOST UNDERVALUED POSITION WITH A LIFE LONG IMPACT IN THE WORLD!

Peace and love. For my own sanity and peace of mind, I had to give an uplifting post. I want my race and audience to feel the impact of the positive contributions African Americans are making daily. So hence the tag I’m using today is #PositivePost. We need hope, good news and the path of overcoming the duty of us to educate the broken parts of the inner city school systems. Today it warms my heart with pride and hope to present to you Ms. Naomi Bradley. She is a warrior for the problem that disadvantages our children from their very beginnings. She is now a home schooling mother of three and an author of children’s books. So dismayed was Bradley, a former public, private and charter school teacher for 10 years that her young black students were disconnected from the characters in the school’s text and the standard public school curriculum. Bradley was disheartened by the biased standardized testing and the education model that was not designed for the betterment of African American children. It was wide ranged for the majority population of white Americans.

https://i2.wp.com/www.blackawarenessfoundation.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/nb-3.jpg
ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE THE AMAZING HOME SCHOOL TEACHER AND AUTHOR, NAOMI BRADLEY

Bradley felt forced to begin home schooling her own children. AS she honed her home schooling skills she also began to write children’s books designed with the African American child in mind in conjunction with the educational requirements of the school board. Using her 10 year educational experience at the upper Middle Class and the very wealthy private and charter schools, Bradley infused those higher tools to grade school public education children. Bradley has been quoted saying “I firmly believe that you really don’t really know something unless you can teach it.”

Her first two books, dedicated to her children, are “Reading at One” and “The Big Book of Beginner Reading Stories.” Bradley, with the knowledge of how “privileged” children are educated, strongly advocates early literacy in toddlers. She uses sing-a-long books to develop early interest in reading.

nb 2
HIGHLIGHTED THIS BOOK BECAUSE IT’S THE PERFECT BOOK FOR FATHERS TO READ TO DAUGHTERS!

What makes Bradley’s books stand out from the many others? Besides the inside secrets she injected, she uses phonics, sight words, rhymes and family jingles to sing around the house for very young children. Bradley builds self-esteem for black children by using black characters in all her books in both English and Spanish. Bradley’s new book is informational on other levels for Middle school children dealing with history. The book is titled “Aaron knows about Africa.” The book’s cover text details seven African countries.

nb 1
IT’S SO IMPORTANT TO BUILD EARLY UNDERSTANDING/PRIDE IN MOTHER AFRICA

Naomi Hill Bradley has a Masters in Middle grades Math and Science from two Universities, Keenesaw State and Valdosta State respectively. She is married with three very well educated children. We salute you Mrs. Bradley!

The NBA draft was last night at the Brooklyn New York Barclay’s Center. The big news, however, was the trade that went down late last night. Star Guard Jimmy Butler was traded from the Chicago Bulls to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Zack Lavine (dunker supreme) and the high potential Kris Dunn. The draft itself had little surprises as the 76ers with the first pick took:

nba 1
THE NUMBER 1 PICK OF THE 2017 NBA DRAFT, MARKELLE FULTZ (point guard from Washington)

Every one’s eyes were on the number two pick by the Lakers, who chose just like Sr. Ball predicted, they took Lonzo Ball.

nba 2
LIKE HE AND HIS “CRAZY FATHER” WANTED, BALL IS A LAKER!!

We honor and salute a woman with an expertise in raising and educating black children. I am proud to bring this post to you in help of building your family stronger with our greatest asset, our children. Thank you for joining us today.

See you tomorrow!

THE INVESTMENT OF LIFE – “GRADSOFLIFE.ORG” – #THEBLACKCOLLEGEGRADUATE

gol lead

To begin your work week, we speak on “work” and its direct connection to our “Reconstruction Of The Black Family” section. There is an untapped talent pool of young grads entering the work force. Having a degree no longer guarantees you anything. You must do more. It’s a shocking fact that 65 percent of grads do not have jobs in their field of study. Here comes an organization that bridges the gap of young talent. GradsOfLife.org has a mentoring program and many other programs. Ever heard of them? As described on their webpage, the GradsOfLife.org campaign gives young people with atypical resumes (inexperience) tools to connect to leading employment pathways including mentoring, school to work, internships and hiring.

Fact Stats: 6 million young adults are out of school and seeking work right now. About 40 percent of employers lack “real time” skills, not a lack of degrees as main the reason for job vacancies.

gol 1

GradsOfLife.org is building a “Stronger Talent Pipeline”. That is a value in today’s progressing work force
New technology needs a new skill level and companies now have intro-programs and training programs. The GradsOfLife helps make a business of young talent with great companies. There are jobs for grads with little to no experience. The organization has many companies affiliated with them such as AOL, Bank of America, BOEING, Coca-Cola, CVS, Fidelity, Marriott and many many more.

gol 2
HELLO, I AM A PROFESSIONAL BLACK MAN!

Shout out to the Class of 2017 College Grads. Contact the GradsOfLife.org and get in the pool. Take advantage of every avenue if you’re a minority and a college grad. You are ahead of the curve, but your fight is not over. Now you must get a job in your field and yes, you might “still” have to do more to get in the door. The path you have taken is the right road. Don’t get frustrated, you have a degree behind you. So I offer help to the thousands of grads who now enter the work force. You are the solid future, entertainment. Sports and Hip Hop are the sensationalism of our race, but the foundation is the day to day work force. Please remember the Fortune 500 companies, the big Corporations in America, only make up less than 5 percent of America’s gross income. Small Business makes up over 90 percent. The middle class of African Americans is on the rise. It’s up to you to keep it going. The young professional African American male/female is in.

gol 4.1
CONGRATS TO THE CLASS OF 2017….OUR FUTURE…OUR HOPE…OUR VICTORIES

According to most recent statistics, the nationwide college graduation rate for black students stands at an appallingly low rate of 42 percent. That’s 20 points below the rate of whites at 62 percent and behind Latins as well, at 54 percent. But there is light in the stats. Over the past two years, the black student graduation rate has improved by 3 points every year since 2015. Whites have dropped by 2 points in the past two years. Black women still outpace black men. You may not be surprised about that. Did you know that Harvard University is traditionally one of the nations strongest supporters of affirmative action and has produced the highest black student graduation rate of any college or university in the nation?

gol 5
HARVARD UNIVERSITY HAS PRODUCED THE HIGHEST BLACK STUDENT GRADUATION RATE OF ANY COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY IN THE NATION!

I leave you with the help and hope for the next generation to take the African American race in the coming decades.

gol 3.1
REMEMBER RACISM, PREJUDICE, BIAS, AND DISCRIMINATION ARE LEARNED CONDITIONS…NOT BORN HUMAN TRAITS!!! #BAF

We hammer the point of racial unity like no other website does. Why? Even if you see it as an impossible dream, the cure of earth is racial tolerance. Live and let live. We have a strong vibe of African American issues. Hence the namesake “BlackAwarenessFoundation.com. Because beyond connection of same race is the need for my race to become “aware” in an American system and in its foundation not set up for nor with any African American input. We must learn the game and ajust to the game.

Love Ya’ll.

THE PARALLELS OF STREET KNOWLEDGE AND THE BUSINESS WORLD – “A MESSAGE TO OUR STREET SOULS”

par lead

Good Monday to you and yours. Our duty is not only to the next generation and the children, but to every walk of life in the African American community. There is an element of our race whom are the street urchins, thugs, gangsters and street soldiers. Their only “cause” is to feed their famililes and yes, money and greed. We still have an obligation to help and uplift our brothers and sisters to “mental maturity.” They are such a fertile population of the African American race and we can’t just turn our backs on them. Many of us come from humble beginnings with a past rife with shortcomings and losses at the hands of the American justice system. It resulted in felonies, prison time and/or probation/parole. In this age of criminal intolerance, the old way of street life is now under assault and has no future, especially for minorities who earn “tax free money”. That kind of money has propelled other races tremendously with prohibition, the mafia and white collar crime. There is no race that does not have or had a criminal element that flew against the establishment. But can such souls contribute to the betterment of their races? Can “they” (us) become productive members of society? I say hell yes! Living proof exists all around us. Malcolm X, Barry White and Chuck Berry were convicted felons. Acceptance can come after you pay your dues and man/woman up to your past responsibility. They are parallels in both worlds pf “street life and the business world.” Understand what I mean? The same tools that the CEO of a company uses to advance are the same traits a drug dealer on your city streets used to build their assets. The business world is not a foreign language that we don’t understand. We are just unknowingly conditioned for the courtroom, not the boardroom.

par 1.1

Parallels: “A person or thing that is similar or analogous to another.” “Each of the imaginary parallel circles of constant latitude on the earth’s surface. The meaning of the word parallel can connect you to the reality of how close the world of business and the world of street life are.

Making money is an art and in it is the life of “all”, despite where you come. It translates. Money doesn’t discriminate, no matter what America projects. “Anyone can smell like money.” The side hustles of the population of have nots, the moves of the street drug dealer, thugs and the loyal gang banger have things in common with the structure of American business. A Firm, Company or Corporation uses the same principles as the street structure model of business. You apply assets and liabilities. There are personal decisions on hiring and firing. There are rewards for good workers and mindfulness of a bad employee. Also the core of “any” business is desire and ambition. Street souls, even low level drug dealers, share the same aspirations as an entry level business man/woman.

par 1
MAKE THIS HIP HOP STATEMENT REALLY MEAN SOMETHING

If you are employee in charge of two or more workers, you are a “supervisor”. Parallel – a manager hires and fires employees and oversees workers’ rewards. These methods apply in both worlds.

Assets/Liabilities: You pay your street workers, secure funds to re-purchase product (re-up), promote your product and keep a little to the side for unexpected issues. Parallel: This is the same as paychecks, insurance, product promotion and dealing in the breakdown of assets & liabilities for the company.

Drive/Ambition: In everyday companies, the one who wakes everyday dedicated to the improvement of self and the company is the drive. This is not lost on the street souls. Its the same ambition same vision of advancement and drive. The same light of a college graduate is the same light of one whom graduates from the school of “hard knocks.” The same principles apply. We can use these same tools the we learn from the streets and apply them to the everyday life of society folks.

par 3
LEARN FROM WHERE EVER YOU ARE! “AIN’T THAT HARD IN THIS LIFE…FIND YOUR LANE”

A MESSAGE TO MY STREET SOULS:

par 2
A TRUE MAN USES WHATEVER HE CAN TO MAKE MORE… GOOD CAN RISE FROM PAIN!

The message is this: The similarities are there, but so are the major differences. The loss of freedom is a pressure the working class does not feel. Looking over their shoulders, the high risk of being robbed, shot and jailed is always there. The legal differences are a harsh reality. There is no 401K plan, no retirement services for street life. The hard truth is that many in that life hope/pray to make it out while becoming rich. This is a factor that has more odds than hitting the lottery. Conform or die. Betray or get a prison sentence you can’t do! “Keep it real” is a fantasy and a phrase that keeps us lesser than! Change is not a bad ting. It’s a reality thing! Change happens, rather you try fight against it or not. In fact, it is a positive thing! Not every street soul will earn or deserve change and that’s ok. Many business men/woman will fail also, but give yourself and your family the blessing of life/freedom in your quest for dreams and goals! We have lost many future CEO’S and good sponsors to the feds. Chose life over the fast life.

par 4
LET’S MAKE NEW POWER MOVES AND NEW PATHWAYS. THE DOPE GAME/GANG LIFE IS DEAD!

Let’s talk about what you, as a black man/woman, deserve in this life. Nothing that you don’t earn! No one in life itself owes you a damn thing. In fact, “you” own a life to those whom bleed, died and sacrificed generations of black life for your very right to work and earn. There are no shortcuts in life. Whether it’s fast money or earning millions without paying dues, there is a human process. Without coming from a wealthy family, there is a climbing of the ladder of success. You don’t have to go to college to become a part of the process (but damn it helps). Are you lazy or afraid to work for what you want in a legal positive way? Do you think like many do that you don’t have the skill to make it in this world? Anything your good at can be translated to positive earning power. Do you write or draw? Are you good with numbers? Can you sell anything to anyone? Those are “priceless skills” that companies look for everyday. You can take that blood money and use it for start up money for your own business. Do you have no skills, but you have money? Well now your known in the world of business as an “investor”. Support someone in the hood with a great business idea or plan. Hard truths, but I swear I love ya’ll.

THEY TRIED TO BURY US, NOT KNOWING WE WERE SEEDS – “PROOF THROUGH SCIENCE’S EYES” #PrideBuilding

A MUST SEE DOCUMENTARY ON THE EVOLUTION OF HUMAN LIFE

Ever wonder why, despite slavery, racial genocide and utter open faced discrimination, these attempts have all failed in vnishing the black race? The fact is we are the second greatest population on the planet earth after Asians. We are the “reason” and the answer to the question of original life. We are the seeds that have sprung the human race all over this earth. Every walk of life has the genes of Africa running through it. From the most Aryan white life to the richness of the Aztec to the agelessness of Chinese blood. The fruits and seedlings of Africa are built inside their DNA.

THE REAL SYMBOL OF LIFE…THE CONCEPT FOR THE SYMBOL OF THE CROSS!

Mitochondrial Gene:
This is the map of human life, the tracking code of all human life. It is passed down only from mothers to both sons and daughters, yet only the woman can pass this “Marker of Life.” The gene (mtDNA) is only transmitted through the female egg. Definition of the Mitochondrial gene: The mitochondrial genome is the sum of the genetic information contained in the chromosome of the mitochondria. It is composed of the mitochondrial DNA which is “mDNA”. The Cambridge Reference Sequence is the genome that all, not some or most, scientists use as their standard for comparison. It is a scientific “ruler” for comparing an individual’s DNA sequence to a standard. By looking at the patterns of SNP’s in mitochondrial DNA, scientists can trace maternal ancestry back hundreds of thousands of years. Don’t believe the images of “white Eve” portrayed in books and movies. Our pide comes from knowing that all life sprang from the African woman!

“Race divides us. Why? When they kill blacks…They are only killing their brothers and sisters. When we are prejudge against whites, we are only hating on our own sons and daughters…” Quote by Kjs

All humans are from one family. Not in the moral/religious sense, but on a scientific leve. All humans can trace their family trees back to a surprisingly small group of common ancestors. Every person on earth’s most recent common ancestor only goes back just 2000 years. They trace back to small pockets of African tribes that spread to different corners of the globe.

Ever heard of the “Out Of Africa Hypothesis?”

Mapped by every Nation on earth, there is what science calls the “Mitochondrial Eve”. She is confirmed as the mother of all humans. She is a maternal ancestor to all living humans. She is used in all scientific texts called often the “scientific eve.” She ikely lived over 200,000 years ago in Africa. The science is based on the analyses of the Mitochondrial DNA, published in it’s world wide final form on August 18, 2010.

IF YOU BELIEVE IN THE DIVINE WORDS “THE LAST SHALL BECOME FIRST, THEN SHALL THE MEEK INHERIT THE EARTH”…THEN THIS IS OUR DESTINY, OUR TEST! Kjs

Did you know that all humans are 99.9 percent identical in genetic makeup?

The punishment of human life is division of race. As a whole, we must overcome this shortcoming of humanity. Europeans have used race as a way to band together against a chosen race, Africans, Jews and Native Americans have been the targets throughout history. While all have suffered, we as African Americans, have been held back the most. We had to learn a new language. We had to become “American” while enduring over 500 years of mental/physical slavery. Yet we have thrived and even surpassed every other minority race in visibility in the leading Nation in the world. The population of minorities within America grows and threatens to take control as the majority African Americans grow with the boom.

SCIENTIFIC PROOF THAT YOUR ORIGINAL SEED/BLOOD LINES ARE “AFRICAN” #PrideBuilding

“They tried to bury us, not knowing we were seeds”…The seed, once sprouted, cannot be killed. The tree has grown it’s branches and opened it’s leaves of life. It’s fruits ripen and it’s branches extend past murder. It’s leaves blow past discrimination. The seeds of fruit spread and birth new life. Although it grows in different shapes and shades, it will always be rooted to the core of its inception!”, a quote brought to you by the mind of Kjs…

There can never be human life without African life. Our burden, as a people, is “unity” and overcoming the journey from Kings and Queens. We are the cream of the planet earth. We gave way to slave labor in every Nation for over 3,000 years. I say our journey is not yet complete. It is our duty to contribute, in our short life time, a positive push in the constant current that is the African Race.

INSIDE THE INSTITUTIONALIZED MIND 2017

Man Woman

I wish you safety and security. We have much more to solve than a new president. We are in a position, as a race, to now help ourselves. This is a problem born out of an unjust laws, which has conditioned us to a state of “Loving Our Hell”.

Before we begin this important point of a growing population in the African American communities, we pause for us
The shock of Manchester grips the world. As quietly as he lived, Cortez (TEZ) Kennedy passed away last night (5/23/17). Kennedy was one of the greatest defensive linemen in NFL history. He was qiet in his off field life, but a beast on the field. RIP to the man whom found a Hall Of Fame balance in life.

ck 1
RIP TEZ THE BEAST AND GENTLE GIANT

Today, the B.A.F. focuses on a terror group that has existed long before ISIS, a shameful mental bond, long before the hot topic of PTSD. There exists a syndrome that has ravished minority communities, a conditioning that embodies the term “love your hell”. Ever heard of someone saying “Oh he’s just institutionalized”? Everyone has some working understanding of this or a family member/friend or maybe some of you ladies live and love with such a mind. I feel for the patience you ladies have. The simple Webster definition for institutionalized is “established in practice or custom”.

This community crippling endangerment walks among us. This mind thinks differently. Society is a stranger. The activity, noise, and mainly responsibility is abnormal them. Even eating is a tactical maneuver. The openness of the world is stifling to one with this mind.

Not only have these men/women been imprisoned by the body, but no matter where their physical form may be, their mind is still in prison, broken. They are pushed beyond the limits of coping. Snapped in silence, while waiting at pill pass, in the van ride after a conviction or while reading that Dear John letter for the 13th time at 4:00 a.m. It is the most self-loathing condition.

You hear verses like “no rent, no bills, no struggle to make it or 3 hots and a cot”. You see those homeless people and nobody’s in real world life. Kings, Queens and shot callers on the other side of the fence with respect and admiration. You have love for them but, that title, that praise comes with aggressive actions and animalistic responses to minor mishaps, overblown reactions to small situations. It’s living with an unpredictable monster.

Basically, an institutionalized person one who is more comfortable living incarcerated than free. It’s hard for the majority to fathom, but they are casualties of the justice system. The world of prison can be so pressurized with nowhere to run to. These murderers, thieves and masters of assault are your neighbors every day! One thing about prison, it strips down all the masks you wore in society. It will get to the real of the man/woman exposed to the population of convicts.

Sad 1Sad 2

The workings of an institutionalized mind…

• Eating in public with your back never to the door. Eating fast with an arm encircling your food and your leg posted out, not under the table.
• A quick scan of any area you enter for anything around that can be used as a weapon.
• An assessment of every exit in the building or area.
• A weapon on one’s person, even in your pocket. A pencil or pen is ready to act as an assault aid every day.
• Lights, noise and the busyness of a Wal-Mart or Mall may overwhelm the senses of such a mind.
• Verbalization and the abilities to socialize become damaged.
• Sleeping with shoes or sneakers on is normal.
• A sixth sense of impending danger or explosion of aggression is posed.
• Always protecting the ones around them. Watching and treating everyone as hostile is common.
• Observance of every car or passerby. Looking behind and doing a quick assessment, up and down, before walking. Standing with your back against the wall.
• Saving little throw away things like plastic wrap on a sandwich.

There is a need for structure, where day in and day out, your life is basically the same. The surprises of real life, the unexpected is too much for the institutionalized mind. The small window of prison life is just enough for them. The real shame is the acceptance of this as true life in so many ways. Giving up on trying to be someone greater than you are today. It’s submission of the journey of struggle. It’s the forfeit of discovering whom you truly are. It’s the weakness of responsibility. It’s the ultimate feeling sorry for yourself. Dare I say, it’s the element of weakness, no matter how physically strong or intimidating they may be.

The true danger is in the community. Someone whom has no fear of the criminal justice system and feels more at home in prison or county jail than anywhere else is an extreme menace to society. They are capable of uncharacteristic violence at any time or place. An over reaction is just a story to tell his true family, those that are locked up.

We need to develop a care house, a whole new structure to help those minds. All those places deal with are the outside problems like jobs, housing, family and getting settled. The real issue is deeper. But, thankfully very few are truly incarcerated scarfaces, true cell block boys or Queen of the Pen types.

May you find harmony and meaning. It will never be found thru your children or an ex, your sick mother or sibling. Because life goes on while you’re inside. No, the change must happen from within. No force, not even outside love can overcome it. No, it has to be love of self. They will say “I love myself”. Love yourself to want the most sacred of all, our black cultural struggles.

“I speak for the tongueless”.

SELF HELP FOR US! DON’T 4GET WHAT YOU DO THIS FOR!

get lead

A special thanks to all our audience who are growing with us. This post is dedicated to that which you love, to reignite your energy and to capture your dreams and goals. Self help, from our perspective, is tapping into the power of that which wakes you up in the morning. What is your passion? What is your desire? Is your journey a career or is it school? Is it securing your family structure? Or is it building an empire in your family name? Some wish to educate and give awareness. This post is chained to that dedication, that “burn” to succeed and advance.

Learn To Know:
A education in whatever field your mastering is essential. There is a business side to every dream. Ask any writer, musician or artist. There is another side. It’s marketing and there is still a thousand other things to know. Learn the language and the other bits that go along with your dream.

FAMILY:
Family is, by far, the main goal of all races. The security and safety of one’s family (life ties) is important. More than money or career is the value and importance of family. Do you wish to strengthen your family bonds and your family’s place in life? Do you wish to build/rebuild your family’s name? Become the centerpiece of your “last name.” Record your family’s existence and their history. Gather all those old family photos and build your legacy. Make a living reminder to all yours of where you all come from, down to that great great grand parent that was a born slave. Be the one your family flows through. Plan that family reunion and yeah, even with those corny tee shirts that say “Jones Family Reunion 2017.” Family is the end game and, in turn, it will advance our entire race.

THE NEW BLENDED AFRICAN AMERICAN FAMILY IS MORE THAN ONE RACE. IT’S “MULTI CULTURAL”

PATIENCE/POISE:
Whatever your venture, the greatest trick on humanity is the feeling that you must rush through life. Do you ever feel like your behind in life? Ever lose hope in the frustration of the pace of life? Do you feel like you’ve wasted it? These feelings are seeds of “doubt”. It won’t kill dreams, just derail and delay. Every life has its own growth. A tree may take 50 years to mature, but can live for 100 years, while a moth’s life may only last for a few weeks in the summer. Human life is limited, but it’s a life unlimited in accomplishments. Goals are achieved by maturity of the mental, not the physical. Emotional maturity, especially for men, is the balance and the road to victory. This comes with patience and poise. Live with the belief that you will get there. You can see the end and overcome the obstacles that will try to stop or slow you. Seek it with persistence, drive and an unbending will. Time is of the mind and it is man made.

REPLENISH YOUR ENERGY:
Food fuels the body anf money refuels the months. What propels our energy for success? It’s an easy question. The greatest tool on planet earth is the mind. It fuels the unseen, the yet to become reality. What does “stay focused” really mean? Put plain and to the point, it means find time to reflect on your path, your goals and dreams. It doesn’t take long, just a few stolen minutes. Some call it meditation. It’s just a solo walk to reflect or even a few minutes in the bathroom. Envision where and what you want to be. Ever heard that expression that the mind will always attempt to complete the picture you give it?

CRIME TO ADVANCE, TO HAVE CHANCE:
To my dogs and thugs, chicks who ain’t tryin’ ta hear nothing but $$$ (Can’t Knock Your Hustle) aren’t in it for you. Your plan might be to turn blood money into profound money and use what is evil for good. I used to have that same mind set. “I just gotta raise this capitol to excel.” It’s a lie, a trap, and never will balance out. You are destroying other lives to build yours. That is a European approach at life, to destroy and conquer. It’s a trick to erode your moral values. The odds are so stacked against you. It’s like the chance of hitting the lottery. Some will say “Niggas hit the number everyday B.” True and you and your team might beat the odds. But then your foundation is built on the lives of addicts, mothers and brothers. To me and many, that’s hustlin’ backwards. Think on it and be safe.

ENDING:
“Ain’t No Giving In…Or Giving Up.” I say “Life is bigger than Swaggin”. Feel me? S.W.A.G.G.I.N is just Nigga spelled backwards! We are more than just niggas! Enjoy your life, believe in and plan your life!

LET’S DO BUSINESS TOGETHER! “THE UNITY OF AMBITION RUNS INSIDE OUR DNA”

let lead

Peace and love. Today’s post is dedicated to the “action” of the last vestibules of African American “financial freedom” for us to take control of us! Today we will build the bridge of internet to small black business.

A Call For Us To Build:
This is an open offer to all black owned businesses to do business with the masses of the black community. There is a new community. It’s this social world, the World Wide Web. “I have your back on the side of the web.” You’ve built yours and I have built mine. Now is our time to secure our financial independence for our race and the paths of our children. Word of mouth is still the best way to induce “new” interest and attract people beyond your physical reach. Let’s do business and establish a cornerstone in the reconstruction of the African American race! In the past, we rose to fight for basic human rights. Our civil struggles are well documented. But in that strive we put the building blocks of financial freedom on the back burner. No longer must we rely on others for our success. We must grasp the new boom of black owned business, especially our African American women. To the legions of black males whom have come to the realization that there is not much difference in CEO moves and the moves of a “Corner Boy”, we can rise!

let 1

My Vision:
My vision is an independent dream to become self sufficient. It’s built by black love, respect and honor for our future! I wish to highlight 1-3 black owned businesses once a week on our site blackawarenessfoundation.com. I wish to promote a scope of your products and services with a look at the CEO/Owner and their path to success.

let 3

A day dedicated to the growth of Black Business:
They can no longer control how we promote ourselves. We can improve us through us. Won’t you join us as I fight for us? Be apart of this unique opportunity. So many times I’ve heard “Where is the action? Blacks talk and march, but where is the implementation or the plan of action?” I say here it is and here we are! Be the solution and at the same time push your everyday product that our community uses. Why not buy black? I come to lean on my people because we, at blackawarenessfoundation.com, wish to maintain our earned integrity and not go with banner ads (you have little control over the ads they integrate on your site) such as Goolge AdSense and other such companies. I will move this site to be “beyond reproach”. It’s a home for us!

let 4

Contact Us! Let’s do business on our terms that will benefit us. Get in on the ground floor of this opportunity! #BlacksBackingBlacks! Let us highlight your hard work in building a legacy for your family. For further details on the logistics, statistics of daily and monthly views and our plan for you and your business, please email Customerservice@blackawarenessfoundation.com. Employ my skills as a writer and rely on the viewership of our site to usher in a new era of us, a vivid compelling review of black business reaching the world with a touch of “bonded soul.”

let 2
WE CAN DO GOOD BUSINESS TOGETHER! #BlacksBackingBlacks

Break the chain! Black business can improve black conditions. There is a myth is blacks can’t do good business or be trusted when it comes to the bottom line (money). Let’s break the chain. The shortest route to addressing black unemployment is to improve on black on black business. You directly effect black daily life every time you buy or invest in “black”. You could be helping a single mother or a black male striving to pay that bill or buy that house. It’s reported that since 1950, African Americans have spent over a trillion dollars “outside” of the black community. If we could bring a portion of that back into us and ours, we could uplift our entire race at once. That’s true “action”! Join us for us! #TheSiteWithInsight, BAF.

Let’s share in the promise of American Free Enterprise. Strengthen bonds and develop an unwavering independence. Let’s make a self sustaining empire. So come join us! Contact us and let’s do business”!

With humbleness, loyalty and a fierce love for our future and betterment, as I always do, I ask you to join the fight.
